Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any candy or edible items. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, freshness, and quality of our products.
Please Note:

Candy is a perishable food item and cannot be resold once it has left our control.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including (but not limited to) change of mind, taste preferences, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue so that we can evaluate it and make it right.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in cases of approved damaged or incorrect orders. We do not offer refunds for any other reason.
If a refund is approved, you will be notified once the issue has been reviewed. Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
