All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

We currently ship to Canada only.
Heat & Weather Disclaimer
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for melting or damage caused by weather conditions, including heat exposure or delays during transit. We recommend choosing faster shipping options during warm weather.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the courier. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Orders
